Cancellation 3 days prior to day and time of arrival will be entitled to full refund (Except, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan). In the event that cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate (Excluding tax).
In case Hotel Forest Avenue Dehradun is unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation in a similar category and hotel will provide you transportation to another hotel and transportation back to our hotel if we are able to accommodate you during the particular stay period.
Reservations for 5 to 24 rooms are considered as group booking. Please note that group booking need to be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of a group booking involves the following cancellation charges applicable: -
More than 21 days prior to arrival -Full amount will be refunded
7-21 Days prior to arrival - 50 % of the amount will be refunded
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - No refund
All the above mentioned time bars would be considered in accordance to 12 Noon as the check in and check out time respectively.

Child above 12 years will be chargeable at Rs.500 + Taxes
Pets are not permitted in hotel.
In case of a No Show(non arrival), No show charges would be equivalent to 100% Room charges for 1st night & 50% Room charges for 2nd night.
In case of any Non-Receiving of the Advance Payment, the booking would be by-default released.
